Browse job vacancies in organizations of your choice
Browse through the profiles of site members of the organization of your choice

Organizations

Organizations can advertise for open positions & they will be indicated as a featured item in the vacancies section. As a premium member posting, it will carry more credibility and visibility than the user submitted vacancies.

What I don’t like:

Usability
Google Advertisements which interupt healthy browsing
PR / Marketing - I hope my post helps
