Posted by sucharith in Today, your Talent Terminal was Upgraded for better experience to the Latest Version of WordPress (Version 2.2.1) and I hope you did notice the updated theme as well 
The upgrade took only 25 Minutes… thanks to
- TechieBuzz for his amazing Plugin -Wordpress Automatic Upgrade plugin &
- Deziner Folio for the dfTheme2.0
Update: For those of you who don’t know what the Automatic Upgrade Plugin can do:
Here is what WPAU does:
- Backs up the files and makes available a link to download it.
- Backs up the database and makes available a link to download it.
- Downloads the latest files from http://wordpress.org/latest.zip and unzips it.
- Puts the site in maintenance mode.
- De-activates all active plugins and remembers it.
- Upgrades wordpress files.
- Gives you a link that will open in a new window to upgrade installation.
- Re-activates the plugins.
If you face errors – (which I’d like you not to experience) do let me know…
